Analog. is Andy and Tina Buchanan. Melbourne hospitality industry vets (the minds behind the uber popular Soi 38), Andy and Tina finally decided to make the leap into production in 2017. They bought two big qvevri, stuck them in the ground, filled them up with some Saperavi and some Savagnin, and that was that — no going back. Now they work with some of the best growers in the area to bring us wines that are always a blast but never unserious, always packed with character but never lacking easygoing freshness. Lots of carbonic, lots of skin contact. The kind of natty Australia we love!
