A small-production Japanese Pinot Noir from Torocco Winery, made in a natural, low-intervention style. An elegant, light- to medium-bodied expression with aromas of sour red cherry, wild raspberry, cranberry, and violet, layered with hints of white pepper, subtle clove, light toast, and a faint earthiness.
Winemaking
100% destemmed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged for about 5 months in new French oak.
