Neo-paysans Lea and Gabriel Willem run a 1 hectare biodynamic farm near Colmar. Self-proclaimed and proud ‘new farmers’ that don’t hail from agricultural families, Lea and Gabriel are artists, farmers, musicians and winemakers – all in equal parts. Their wine is made in tiny quantities by hand and without any additions. Their creativity and warmth is felt in every one of their magical bottles.
