From Coco Farm's 10R collaboration in Hokkaido, a 100% Pinot Noir rosé given whole-bunch carbonic maceration and aged split between old barrel and stainless. An orange-tinged salmon pink, with orange and plum fruit woven through black pepper and toast, fresh acidity and a light, complex tannin.
