A Neco-series still white from Fattoria al Fiore, blending Chardonnay with Delaware and native grapes, wild-fermented with no additives. Surprisingly substantial for its gentle alcohol, with a lemony, subtly floral character, an almond-tinged depth and a long drinking window — the winemaker pours it happily for days after opening.
